Deep in the greenery of Kerala, where coconut trees sway in the ocean breeze and the air is filled with the scent of herbs and flowers, lies AyurLotus, an Ayurveda clinic that is a refuge for people who want to restore their health, energy, and inner balance.

The clinic almost seems to merge with nature: small whitewashed buildings with wooden verandas, walking paths along herb gardens, and rooms overlooking a beautiful river that glistens in the morning light.
